Alice Killingbeck is a private client lawyer in the KPMG Law team. She advises UK and international individuals, families, trustees and family offices on issues related to the management, growth and transition of their personal and business wealth.
This includes designing and advising on estate planning structures such as trusts and foundations, advising on trustee governance and fiduciary risk, cross-border succession advice, Wills planning and philanthropy.
She works particularly closely with KPMG’s international Private Client tax teams to bring integrated multi-disciplinary advice to her clients.
Alice joined KPMG from PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP having previously spent two years working for a global private bank where she focused on the bank’s key high net worth clients.
Alice has been recognised as a ‘Top 35 under 35’ Private Client practitioner three times by ePrivateclient and described as an “impressive and highly competent lawyer” in the Legal 500.
Ultra-high net worth individuals (UHNWIs) inevitably have cross border aspects to their affairs. They own assets in and/or have connections to multiple jurisdictions around the world and as such, in advising them, an awareness of international succession law is vital.
